James just doesn't get it! He's hitting far above his weight, and is walking right into a perjury charge. Appellate Courts don't like being messed with, and in his latest filing it's clear that's what Jimmy's doing, despite being previously warned by Mr. Washeck, ignorance of the law is NOT A DEFENSE!
