Criminal James Arnold Allen of Ada, Oklahoma Tries Expunging DUI Arrest, Court and Probation Records -- And still Stolen Valor Phony!
Jimmy just can't seem to get it right because he filed a motion to expunge his DUI arrest and conviction, however, in so doing he just left a record for posterity. As far as I know, no one has the records of his conviction or probation, there was only the arrest report with Ada PD, but thanks for the admission and full record, wacko! This admission will live here eternally, and on the Oklahoma Courts site (OSCN and ODCR). GOLD! See, James, in his never-ending craziness-meets-stupidity, doesn't realize that Oklahoma is one of few states that automatically seal DUI 1st Offenses when they're deferred. His arrest report was from an internet archive back in 2012 and was no longer available for a records request, however, I was able to use it and gain this admission, in which states his probationary period, plea, court disposition; everything I couldn't access..
