Did he seriously think he could go on filing false information in the court and get away with it? Or like sending threatening non-binding demands to the AG of another state? This is all coming full circle, and I know a few people who will attend this hearing to ensure you cannot squirm out of the repercussions of your actions.

Look at Jimmy squirm! James recently posted a document to one of his many batpoop troves that he claims is a DD-214.. While this is true, to an extent, James redacts EVERYTHING so you can't see his crap RE (re-entry code) and other CoC bits, schoolhouses, posts, anything.. Why? Because his record, or I should say what little there is, shows all of his lies, and now he's committed a felony trying to further embellish. Watch this clip and note how James reacts when asked about his service, note the difference in demeanor between him and the responding officer when discussing service history. This is classic sociopathic behavior in an effort to stonewall any additional questions or inquiries, every Stolen Valor thief does it. For the record, James did enlist in the Army Reserve as an Ammo Specialist however he couldn't finish BCT and AIT, couldn't even start it, really..
