I'mmmmm BAaaaaaCK! And James can't stop with the felonies!

 Hello Hello, Valued Viewers! I hope you are all doing well! Things here in Donbas have kept me - busy - as you can imagine, but I finally got rotated on a 2-week pass and wanted to get everything and everyone up to speed.

Jamie has SOMEHOW not yet been arrested! (?) Seems AUSA is moving slow as per my previous posts. THAT'S GOTTA BE ANY DAY NOW! They might be stalling in hopes he inherits something from his parents that they can seize in lieu of restitution. Federal authorities work in VERY strange ways. The last update I had from the AASAC was after he was reported for lying about being Law Enforcement, so I'll have to exercise patience like everyone else.

Jamie has been busy, though..

According to the below Marriage certificate, he married the woman from Mexico that he was conning, Diana. That's unfortunate because not only did they lie about her address (a felony on its own), she also lied at Customs about the reason for her visit.. You see, Diana needed a Fiancé visa to go to the US for purposes of getting married.. CBP/ICE does not take kindly to those who circumvent and abuse the system, and this information was formally reported to them.

Does she even live in the US? Nope. Diana got married and immediately returned to Mexico, something that is not a very good look because it raised suspicion about Jamie leaving the US to flee prosecution and  his Child Support Passport bar. On the other hand, perhaps Diana plans to move to the US, but that's not going to happen now that she's on the ICE/CBP no entry list, Wamp Wamp Wamp WAAAAAAMP!

What's next? That's beyond my control. I'm sure the feds will put another charge on Jamie as a result of falsifying the vital record, and Diana may get a charge herself if she tries re-entering the US or Canada; I forgot to mention she's flagged and banned from both (love that US-CA reciprocity), so that would make for an interesting Customs interview. If I had to bet then I would say they both will get charged but they'll only go after Jamie, leaving Diana banned and unworthy of extradition. As I said, it's out of my control now.. The Feds are gonna Fed, and James is gonna' keep on racking up those felonies!

  Courtesy of Josiah Deutsch : (Let's get him to 40k hits!)  I'm glad to report movement in the Federal Criminal case against psycho, James Arnold Allen, of Ada, Oklahoma. SAC said it's with the AUSA Clerk's office, but wouldn't elaborate.. Soooo I continue to wait, but that's okay. I find joy in knowing what's in store for Jimmy, makes all the waiting worth it! That means Jimmy won't be able to buy Diana that multi-million dollar mansion on the beach in Cancun, Cozumel, or wherever his make-believe state of mental illness takes his Fantasyworld that day, nor will he make that December mandate. Once indicted it's impossible to travel internationally without the Judge's permission. Between that and, oh yeah, Jimmy's poverty, and the Child Support block on his Passport (with the Department of State), it's not going to happen.. Just fantasy.. Although I wish he would flee, that would be even more felonies for Jimmy!!!  James, stop stringing ...
