James and His Abundance of Irrelevant Information

JAMES GETS BUTTSLAMMED!! 

James Arnold Allen, the criminal, court-adjudicated mentally incompetent lunatic, has tried appealing his case within the Oklahoma Appellate courts, on the grounds.. well.. no grounds, actually. In his numerous, incoherent ramblings, James claims he was unfairly determined mentally incompetent by the court (laughable considering expert analysis and testimony), and that some cartel is after him, trying to steal his businesses (companies that don't generate revenue), and blames same people for the deaths of relatives and animals -- oh and then there's the "they are concealing my child through kidnapping", despite said CHILD being well of adult age and wanting nothing to do with James, especially after reading his court filings!

See, it takes 5 minutes of reading James' FAILINGS to realize he's a paranoid schizophrenic, and today's motion by the Oklahoma Department of Child Support Services, filed in response to James' appeal, laments the insanity and and meritless basis of his arguments, something that was not done throughout the enforcement action. It's nice to see someone not worried about pissing off a voter.

  • Requests dismissal on the grounds James failed to follow basic rules.
  • (James) "has not set for any of the main contentions"
  • Cites additional grounds as "numerous, irrelevant, and confusing assignments of error"
