James and His Abundance of Irrelevant Information

JAMES GETS BUTTSLAMMED!! 

James Arnold Allen, the criminal, court-adjudicated mentally incompetent lunatic, has tried appealing his case within the Oklahoma Appellate courts, on the grounds.. well.. no grounds, actually. In his numerous, incoherent ramblings, James claims he was unfairly determined mentally incompetent by the court (laughable considering expert analysis and testimony), and that some cartel is after him, trying to steal his businesses (companies that don't generate revenue), and blames same people for the deaths of relatives and animals -- oh and then there's the "they are concealing my child through kidnapping", despite said CHILD being well of adult age and wanting nothing to do with James, especially after reading his court filings!

See, it takes 5 minutes of reading James' FAILINGS to realize he's a paranoid schizophrenic, and today's motion by the Oklahoma Department of Child Support Services, filed in response to James' appeal, laments the insanity and and meritless basis of his arguments, something that was not done throughout the enforcement action. It's nice to see someone not worried about pissing off a voter.

The wannabe "Lawyer" whose filings were just called the following by a REAL lawyer
  • "His filed 250 points failed to present any question for review"
  • (The filed points contains) "so much irrelevant information"...
  • "Appealant's propositions ... deviate so far from the relevant points"
  • (The filings) "contain an abundance of information that confuses rather than defines the issues to be presented"
  • Requests dismissal on the grounds James failed to follow basic rules.
  • (James) "has not set for any of the main contentions"
  • Cites additional grounds as "numerous, irrelevant, and confusing assignments of error"

Here I am, awake at 4am, on my mountain, rocking back and forth, watching the snow slowly fall. Why am I awake at this crazy hour? Because this morning I have a follow up Zoom with the feds, and my lawyer; 20+ years of slander and libelous claims are nearing their end.  I'm not allowed to speak about the charges -- I can later, hang in there -- but let it suffice to say criminal James Arnold Allen will have enough problems that even his level of crazy won't have the time of day, and in a system that cares very little about his mental capacity (or lack thereof). If that aint worth a little excitement-induced lost sleep, I don't know what is!  Random thought: I should send Jimmy a parting gift when this is all over, something his speed, like a custom participation trophy. Telegraphing his demise brings me so much enjoyment. Ahh.. life's good!

James' Army Service Dates (complete lack thereof)

If you, or someone you know, has been told stories about military service by James Arnold Allen, of Ada, Oklahoma, and you're willing to talk to the Feds, contact me at legal@jamesarnoldallen.com so I can put you in touch with the ongoing investigation about Stolen Valor and Fraud, among other charges that are unknown to me.  James never passed Reception at BCT. This is when he clocked into and got the boot from BCT, note the short duration.. He spent most of his time at 'Sick Call'.. Pathetic, and an extreme waste of taxpayer $$$!
