James' False Reports to Ada PD and more Stolen Valor

Here 'Mentally Incompetent Stalker' calls ADA PD to report 'harassment' simply because this site exists. Based on the video, it is clear that James is not in sound mental capacity, as evidenced by the comments made by the Officer during the conversation with his dispatch, and then he commits several offenses while reporting this information: providing "False Statements", Stolen Valor, among many others.

Among several legal and criminal issues raised in this video:

James presents himself as an attorney both in trying to counsel the responding Officer on the law and by the assertion Mr. Hibbs (a felon who lives with James) is his client. 'Pro Se' capacity does not allow one to provide counsel or legal advice to another for any type of gain; you can only represent yourself and are still subject to proper procedural conduct, something James doesn't seem to grasp.
James misrepresents his military service, a clear violation of the Oklahoma Stolen Valor Act §72-6-1 / Federal Stolen Valor Act of 2020 (21:52), to the Law Enforcement official in an effort to curry favor.
James states he was threatened with a demand for $40,000 (2:39), a misrepresentation morphed from the fact presented by this site that he owes over $40,000 in back Child Support (over 60k if you include interest). This is another count of providing "false information."
James falsifies that his son was kidnapped (1:18), which can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt because courts established paternity and custody 20 years ago, assigning both parents as Joint Managing Conservators, with James having customary visitation rights and the mother retaining Primary Conservatorship. It was not until Child Support enforcement efforts that James started complaining about kidnapping and that a conspiracy was out to get him; he never tried any honest attempts to visit or be a part of his child's (who turns 21 this month) life.
James should be committed for evaluation and possibly placed on medication, per the Officer's conversation with his dispatcher (10:35).
James further lies and claims someone (8:00) is trying to remove him from his company when he is the only member of his company, as quickly proven e.g., lack of payroll records, tax records showing any revenue, banking transactions, employees, etc.; he would have to fire himself.
James claims his Attorney quit (00:48) his Child Support Enforcement case and that a hearing was never held regarding his competency.
