First off, I'm sorry for the lack of recent updates. I have much to share but unfortunately the case is still awaiting presentation to a grand jury. The wheels of justice spin slowly. Hang in there.
Meanwhile, James has filed additional documents and created Facebook posts about how his delusional conspiracy contributed to the recent death of adoptive-mother. While the loss of life is tragic, I mean she was an upstanding member of our community -- for decades -- the level that psychopathic James Arnold Allen goes to in order to bring his estranged-adoptive mother into his extreme neurosis shows both intent and speaks to the extent of his criminal composition; these accusations go beyond mental illness.
James' adoptive mother, Charlyce Anne Klepper, had a troubled history with her adoptive son. The family reports that James would regularly request, sometimes even demanding money, for decades, which would always cause fighting and extreme guilt trips. This pattern repeated from the time James was afforded an allowance during college, right up to the point she disowned him -- decades of abuse. This is why James was forbidden from visiting his mother while she was hospitalized under permanent care.
His family referred me to the below document by which his mother appointed her cousin Power of Attorney, over James, as her condition began to deteriorate; they also report that nobody told James about his mom's passing until a week after the fact, as there was concern he would disrupt the grieving family.

James never cared about his mother, he's a psycho who is incapable of caring about others or the effects of his actions, or the portrayals he asserts when his make-believe world crosses over into reality. After all, how sick and deranged must one be to write the following, knowing full well that his mother had disowned him for years?
This is the mental illness that James has used to manifest non-existent conspiracies to provide excuses why he cannot hold a job, or pay his obligations, and is most likely why he's convinced himself that he is a real CEO, and his businesses are successful, when in reality he cannot generate any revenue beyond extorting his parents. This is EXTREME mental illness. Ever wonder why James always says "we" when it's just him? That said, this instance is the worst example of James' mental condition that I've seen, and it speaks volumes to why he needs to be committed.
